Today marks one week of my weight loss/lifestyle change adventure. I am currently down about 5.5 pounds, and I’m feelin’ good.
Eating small meals every 3 hours or so really agrees with me. I HATE feeling hungry, it actually makes me angry. In the last year, I’ve noticed hypoglycemia becoming more of an issue if I don’t eat somewhat regularly. So, this is perfect. It helps take the edge off of cutting calories, fo sho!
It’s really nice to feel in control of my life again. I could get used to this.
